The Nicene Creed

The Nicene Creed is one of the most important professions of faith in the history of Christianity. Coming from a time before the schisms of the Church, from East to West from Protestant to Catholic, the Nicene Creed is honored by nearly all branches and denominations of Christians.

It is a primary form of worship in many faiths and is something like a founding document to the Christian Church and a binding liturgy to its theology.

By taking the full Received Text of the Creed, we found another triangular encoding using its full punctuation. This is a newly discovered branch of theistic mathematics. Typically, the patterns we've seen in biblical texts, do not use punctuation or spacing between words, as there was none in the original text.

We do however see this same 'Punctuation Encodement' in the Apostles Creed, another highly important document to the Christian religion.

Modern codes may be different, since today proper writing includes punctuation, spacing between words and in some languages accent marks. The triangle of letters below is the official text of the Nicene Creed in Greek from the First Council of Constantinople. The total number of characters is 946.

History records this profession of faith as the Nicene Creed, because it was first created in the First Council of Nicaea. The version below was amended in 381AD in Constantinople, however the name of Nicaea remained with the text. This is important, because the number of letters in the Nicene Creed are 946, making it the 43rd triangle.

This number is important for several other reasons. It is the sum of 'The Spirit' in Greek. Intriguingly, it is also the sum of the modern Hebrew for The Shroud of Turin (טורינו התכריכי).

English Translation of the Nicene Creed

We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds (æons), Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father; by whom all things were made; who for us men, and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Ghost and of the Virgin Mary, and was made man; he was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered, and was buried, and the third day he rose again, according to the Scriptures, and ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of the Father; from thence he shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead. whose kingdom shall have no end. The (Holy) Spirit

Another feature of this newly discovered coding system is that when we take away all the punctuation and accent marks, we find a Holy number of characters and spaces. This is a holy mirror of the original Greek for 'The (Holy) Spirit'.

The Nicene Creed Triangle

The triangle of the Nicene Creed has been translated into pure number. As Greek was historically an alphanumeric language we can withal fidelity convert the Nicene Creed into number and analyze it mathematically.

Due to the length of the text, a translation into standard Greek numbers would produce a number likely in the hundreds of thousands. At this time in theistic mathematics we have very few tools that could analyze a number of that size.

The ordinal numeration, which is just as historically viable, could produce a number that is comparable with standard numerations. When we convert the entire text into ordinal number (using a find and replace method to insure accuracy) we find an incredible surprise awaits us.

Like the Apostles Creed, this configuration retains its modern punctuation, however, these characters have no numerical value and are left blank in the triangle. The matrix of this triangle is too large for most browsers, but it can be seen and its math checked by downloading it at the bottom of the page or viewing it through an online Google spreadsheet:

The Nicene Creed as Number

The Nicene Creed is extra-biblical document. It was composed by many authors and later revised. This is what is so fundamental about this find: it is the first real tangible evidence of extra-biblical Divine Inspiration in a text.

Both the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed are among the most important extra-biblical historical documents in the history of the Christian religion. They are and have been guiding instruments in the liturgy of the Church through the ages.

The sum of the Nicene Creed is 10,816. To an average eye, there is nothing impressive in that number. It is in fact strong evidence of supernatural design. Here is visual proof:

The chances of this coming out as a square number is clearly less than one percent. The fact that number correlates with the Divine Name in the Greek makes it an even less likely occurrence.

The squaring function is a very important part of mathematics and the physics that rule our universe (see Einstein's E = mc^2). In theistic mathematics squares have a very specific reference. Both words for Truth in Hebrew and Greek are important square numbers.

The meaning of the Nicene Creed being a square number is a Divine stamp of truth, by none other than the Lord (104).

10,816 is important for another reason, where one can see divine inspiration. It is the sum of all the odd numbers up to 207.

10,816 = 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 11 + 13 + 15 + 17 + 19 + 21 + ... + 207

207 = אור Light

The meaning of the reference to 'Light' is to that of the Light of Truth. Darkness is ignorance, while light is illuminating. When we are 'In the dark' we don't know the truth of a matter. When we 'Shed light' on a matter we see the truth of it.

So in a single number we have a Divine riddle revealed:

10,816 = The Light of Truth

Yet another facet of this number is the fact that it is double encoded with the name of Yahweh. This is the Tetragrammaton, the most holy and revered name of God by Jewish authority. So holy, pious Jews will not so much as say it aloud, but replace it with other names such as Hashem (The Name) or Adonai (Lord). As we have seen, squares represent truth. 10,816 holds a double square of truth signed by Yahweh Himself.

Curiously, the date of the First Council of Constantinople, is also a clue to its Divine nature. The Nicene Creed was ratified in 381 at that Council where minor additions and alterations were permanently made. The number and date of 381 will forever be associated with this document.

The First Council of Nicaea, where the profession originated has another square and triangle in its date. This Council was convened in the year 325AD.

The perimeter of the Nicene Creed triangle (see Spreadsheet) comes to 1456. This further extends the square stamp of truth. And it extends it with the word that most Christians use to end their prayers.

This perimeter sum (always a vitally important aspect to any geometric configuration) displays another imprint of the most high, in the name and number Lord God 112.

This is the same hexagram seen on the dollar bill. It is the Star of David, and personal icon of the Deity.

In geometry to calculate the area of a triangle one must measure the base length and the height. This is a fundamental calculation. We see this same measure in the figurative triangles of the Biblical text, where the 'Measure' of the text is the alphanumeric sum of the letters or words.

The sum of the height and base of this triangle is 729. This is a number entirely composed of three's, as its prime factors are purely Trinitarian.

729 = 3 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 3

As seen above, squares and light are symbols of the truth and illumination. Here again in this number we have the square stamp of true light. (Now in the ordinal numeration)

27 = אור Light

27² = 729

That's a lot of light.

The 22nd Psalm

The 22nd Psalm is theologically one of the most important of the psalms. Christ while on the cross actually quotes this psalm:

Psalm 22:1

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

why art thou so far from helping me,

and from the words of my roaring?

Most Christians are unaware of this connection. The 22nd psalm is a prophecy of the crucifixion, and while Jesus is being crucified, in abject agony, he is able to cite the prophecy which predicted that very moment.

Even less Christians know this fact:

Psalm 22:1 = 391 = Jesus

Jesus (יהושע) = 391

Christ was not only confirming the prophecy of His crucifixion, he was also rendering a subtle nod to the great secret of the Bible, that it is filled with divinely inspired mathematics.
