Psalm 137

Psalm 137 is a particularly poignant song for a Jew, as it recalls the exile from Jerusalem to Babylon, in specific, and in general the centuries of Jewish wandering about the world without a country to call their own. It is thought to have been authored by the Prophet Jeremiah, according to ancient rabbinical sources and the superscription in the Septuagint's version. Its nine verses reveal a specific number with a very specific geometry.

Psalm 137 = 24,255

An examination of the sum of Psalm 137 reveals a masterwork of geometry based on the triangle and the square of 21, the sum of the name Eheyeh—the holy 'I AM' name that the Lord gave unto Moses.

This sum means that the average of each of the nine verse is an exact whole number—an improbable outcome. The geometry to the verse reflects a similar pattern as the whole: 9 x 2695 = 24,255, where each verse represents a triangle of squares again, this time seven squared.

A very similar pattern can be seen in the first verse of the last book of the bible, Revelation 1:1.

Both geometries employ the same triangular number, T-10, the sum of the first 10 integers.

This is a composite geometry and something of a puzzle. The object of the puzzle it would seem is to organize the number into its simplest geometry, which then typically reflects a pattern composed of 3's and 7's.

The cross of the first verse displays a dalliance of the Three Seven Code.

Psalm 137 appears to be encoded with same understanding of this number and its patterns, being the 21st triangle, the triangle of I AM.

These composite geometries are an exquisite pattern, as opposed to a basic pattern like that of the first verse, being one triangle. These are patterns of patterns, the fundamental nature of fractal, which is a fundamental pattern of nature. The probabilities of exquisite geometries are more difficult to determine in a way that could universally agreed upon. Exquisite geometries are however capable of showing a multitude of patterns, as Psalm 137 attests.

The tenth triangle (55) appears to coordinate the majority of the patterns of Psalm 137. The number 63, the number of Hebrew word for 'Prophet' creates another exquisite geometry that again produces a preponderance of the 3/7 mathematics.

Another interesting connection is the number of letters in the psalm, which is a numerical anagram of 137. The 317 letters of the psalm can be geometrically transformed into a semi-regular cube. Nesting cubes (cubes within cubes) feature prominently in the mathematics of the first verse, in as much as there are over three and a half million of them in this basic equation.

So by taking the 7th cube and removing the 3rd cube (343 - 27) and adding one to the very center we achieve our 317 letters of Psalm 137. What makes this irregular configuration compelling is that now the empty spaces of the center add up to 26 the sum of the name of the Lord and the whole cube structure itself is a geometric construction that can represent the number 137 via the cube function, 1^3, 3^3 & 7^3 or 1,3,7.
