• 1/4 cup port or other sweet red wine
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire

ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING:

In small saucepan over low heat, cook all ingredients, stirring constantly, until smooth and jelly is melted. Serve with any game or wild birds. Makes 1 cup sauce, enough for 8 servings.
