Do flower jump and get the flower in the chest from left platform, then drop down to the Flower Tab behind the ambushing Goomba below.

Technique: Flower Jump Setup

If you run straight up into the wall and then hold up/right, you'll get stuck on the flower. From there you can just jump up and you'll never hit the Goomba.
