Technique: Damage boost
With how slow the platforms are, it might be faster to fall off immediately on the 2nd platform to be warped to its starting position when the room reloads, which is near the end of the room.

Action Door (Levitating Platforms)
In the second room:
If you scored less than 9 flowers on Booster Hill, collect the flower in the last chest.
In the final room:
If you scored less than 6 flowers on Booster Hill, grab the flower in the first chest.
If your flower count is REALLY bad or you just want a backup for Smithy 2, grab the Royal Syrup (between the flower chest and the exit).
Always grab the Croaka Cola in the final chest.
Get the Sonic Cymbals after completing this door.
