Beat the game from start to finish. Use any glitches/skips available to beat Smithy and get the D.

The majority of this wiki focuses on the Any% 2.01 route. If you want to try a less difficult (but slower) route, there are options in the Beginner's Guide.

The current version of the route is outlined in the pastebin (Any% 2.01 by Claude), which is broken down by section in the World Areas section of the wiki.

A slightly more optimal, but more challenging route, was also released by Claude on July 20, 2023. You can read it here. The strategies in this pastebin are not described by this wiki's content, but you are recommended to use this route after mastering what you see in the wiki.

There is only 1 leaderboard for any%, which covers all routes, localizations, choice of turbo use, and choice of platform.
