Proceed through Factory, jump on screws as little as possible.

In the room with alternating paths, the upper route is faster while the lower route is easier.

NOTE: The video on the left is from an old route, you no longer need to get Ultra Hammer or do any menuing before Countdown. However, the movement is still a great example.
