The fourth child to Elsie and Thomas Denton was Robert Hope Denton, wo was born on 2 May 1922 at Harrow, Victoria.

He married Ruby T Muir of Macarthur on 5 October 1946.

Robert joined the Army at the age of 17.5 in 1940, serving quite a few years overseas. He then worked on a golf course at Yarra Yarra for two years after being discharged.

Robert and Ruby had one child.

Regretably, I have no further information about the life and times of Robert Denton and his wife Ruby or their family..
