Man har blitt skremt til å tro at man dør av å spise fett, liksom at man får hjerteinfarkt av kolesterol, og hudkreft av sollys.

Jeg tror at alle kroppens celler må ha noen fettsyrer for å kunne fungere, uten dem ligger man dårlig an…‽
