Yoonsoo Park is a Korean cellist and has performed both as a soloist and chamber musician in Korea, France, Austria and the United Kingdom. As an orchestral musician she plays under eminent conductors such as Sir Mark Elder, Sir Simon Rattle, Semyon Bychkov and the late Sir Colin Davis. She completed her BMus and MA degrees at the Royal Academy of Music in 2013, studying with professors Felix Schmidt and Joe Cole. Prior to the academy, she spent four years studying at the Conservatoire National Region de Paris with Professor Marcel Bardon and also with Professor Marie Gamard privately.
