TDCX, formerly known as Teledirect Telecommerce, is a leading company that provides business process services and solutions to its clients. The business process services and solutions include outsourcing, global client support, social media, sales lead generation, and strategy development. TDCX aims to help their clients to improve the customer service or to accelerate their sales for business transformation.
Ryan is a business analyst at TDCX and he is involved in the project of Kris Flyer (Singapore Airlines). Ryan is well trained and experienced in Agile Approach, and he is also involve in the project management and planning the timeline of events for his stakeholders.
Ryan deploys statistics methods to make sense of quantitative data and to spot trends and make predictions. He had created a regression model to predict the trends. On the other hand, Ryan also performs text mining through R-programming to identify insights of the call log to enhance customer experience.
Ryan also develop regular reports on KPI and other metrics for the stakeholders. He studies business requirements and analyses contact-center performance to provide insights through dashboard such as Tableau for his client (Singapore Airlines, Kris Flyer). Other tasks that he is involved include preparing of presentation decks for the management.
Ryan has been assigned as part of the committee for TDCX's Dinner and Dance 2019. As a committee member, Ryan participates in activities such as meetings, wine and food tasting, creating surveys and collating the result, planning of lucky draw prizes, as well as event runner.
Ryan is also representing his company to attend events such as Tableau Data Day Out 2019 and CCSA Awards Gala Dinner 2019. The former allows Ryan to network with other data enthusiasts and understand the data strategy of other companies while the latter enables Ryan to show supports to the participants of his company.
