2008 - 2010: Singapore Police Force

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is a uniformed organization under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). The mission of the SPF is to prevent, deter, and detect crime to ensure the safety and security of Singapore. The four core value of SPF is Courage, Loyalty, Integrity, and Fairness.

Ryan is an assistant OPS Fitness Instructor under Tanglin Police Division during his national services days. Ryan was assigned to Head PNS in planning, coordinating, and managing the PNSmen of Tanglin Police Division. He also promoted welfare amongst his PNSmen. More importantly, he had assisted their division in achieving best land division for 2008 and 2010.

Apart from his routine duties, Ryan also actively performed duties in maintaining the law & order.
