Ryan was a graduate from Singapore University of Social Sciences majoring in Marketing with a minor in Analytics (Honours). He had previously obtained a diploma in Business Application with Merit and a specialist diploma in Business Analytics with Diploma Award from Republic Polytechnic. Due to his passion for data sciences, Ryan is currently pursuing his Applied Artificial Intelligence with Nanyang Polytechnic in. His choices of study have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge in business and technology.

Ryan is well-trained in both SAS Enterprise Miner and IBM SPSS Modeler to perform supervised learning and unsupervised learning (text mining and sentiment analysis). Ryan is also proficient in using Tableau Dashboard to visualise data, SQL to retrieve data, and excel functions such as pivot table. He also has knowledge in Python and R-programming.

Ryan is currently working at TDCX as a business analyst. He develops reports and provide insights for his stakeholders (Singapore Airlines). He studies both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and make predictions. He is also involved in the project management team. Due to his outgoing personality, Ryan is part of the committee for TDCX's Dinner and Dance 2019.
