You need to add a profile in Movie maker to be able to save your movie at the right size. please follow those steps.
Also you must NOT use Avidemux to compress your movie.
Possible bug:
A kind of slow down may appear when playing the movie in Movie Maker
Just remove file C:\Users\Afp\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Movie Maker
Also it can be a hard disk issue. In menu Options/Advanced you can try first to tick (or untick) the option "prepare file for faster editing".
FAQ
Is it worthwhile using it ?
Well, this it what you get with WLMM + Right Shark-Codecs :
-A history (ctrl z)
-You can change the order of the sequences.
-You can mix sources, size, framerate, even .Mts ...
-Insert photo (not to use for now)
-A high-speed cutting (keyboard shortcut keys "I" & "O")
-A better interface
-Integrable in AFP-reporter (F10 button = no need anymore to drag 'n drop)
-Very stable
-Free
But WLMM compresses very poorly, in a very poor format: The reason why you still have to use Avidemux to compress.
Why not before ?
First, WLMM is only working on Win7, second it is a ressource hog and we had to wait for everybody to be equiped with a fast computer.
