Download and sort videos and pictures directly to the PC:

Compact-Flash auto-download:

• - Download & Unzip Win7_Import_Keys for Slide
• - To install, right-click the files and click MERGE

• Key-1 allows Autoplay
• Key-2 sets the file importation: Split photos and video into 2 folders/Channels, add date in filename, add tag (keyword) in filename. Renaming files allow to avoid all kind of cache problems (like duplicated names) with WLMM and AFP-Reporter
• Key-3 to tell to Win7 that .mov files are video-files ;-)
• Then when you insert your card int the PC, this window below will prompt : click on import photo and video.

Auto Download with USB Cable:

You can also connect your camera straight to the PC with the USB cable.

Just when you plug it, a window prompts: "installation driver OK".

Then another window prompts. double-Click "General parameters".

Then choose "import photo and video"

Switch off/on your camera everytime you need to download the pictures to your computer.

Your pictures will be downloaded straight to c:\AFPReporter\Medias\Photo

You can plug 2 cameras on the computer without any problem !!!

** Below is to do the same thing as above but manually **

Settings: Insert a CF card in the PC

Now when you insert a CF card your pictures are downloaded to Save and your videos to Rushes:

Do as follow, If you need .mov files to be recognized as a Video files. This way, they are also downloaded to Rushes folder.

Go to control Panel

Associate files....

Wait... and Click ".mov"

Choose Windows media Player.
