Set your camera to:

1/ PAL

2/ 1080x1920 25fps

3/ Try, if possible, to record in M or Tv mode, speed is never quicker than 1/60e. 1/30e is perfect.

4/ If you have problem to keep the focus close down your aperture, and take advantage of the depth of field. The last variable is then ISO
