NP-ELISA

Coat membrane with 1:100 NP-BSA

- incubate 1h 37°C or o/n 4°C

- wash X3 with PBS

- block 30' in PBS-1%BSA

- add sera samples in PBS-1%BSA. Diluite sera 1:10 000 for NP specific IgM ELISA

- incubate 1h37°C

- wash X3 in PBS-T 0.05%

- incubate 30'-1h 37°C with 1:2500 of RAM IgM-HRP

- wash X4 in PBS-t

- wash X1 in PBS

- develop with 100µL TMB

- Block reaction with 100µL of H2SO4 1M

- read at 450
