Tris pH:8,5 1M – 5550 ul

H₂O – to 50 ml

SOL B (50mL)

H₂O₂ 30% - 100 ul

Tris pH:8,5 1M – 5550 ul

H₂O – to 50 ml

MIX A+B: incubate filters 1 min before image acquiring.
