Quick Transformation

USE ONLY WITH CLOSED PLASMIDS (not ligations etc...)

Mix 3µL of competent cells on ice with 1µL of plasmid DNA (1-100ng in TE)

Transfer immediately to 44°C for 1'.

Plate on selective media.

Put plate at 37°C o/n
