ToR of Sub-Committee for Rules, Regulations and Procedures for Facilitation of Student Affairs

A committee is being formed to formulate RULES & REGULATIONS for Students. The task of this committee is to look at all areas where students have encountered problems in the past. These include attendance records, submission of Degrees in cases of conditional acceptance, and many others. The committee should consider these areas and pro-actively formulate procedures to be followed so that these problem do not arise, or are minimized, in the future. They should formulate rules for the students, as well as procedures to be followed by the departments and the Registrar and Controller, so as to prevent these problems.
