TOR of Committee

1. To review all the PER/ACR's for all administrative staff,to ensure that the evaluations are fair and equitable, and also even across different departments and functional units within PIDE. For this purpose, the Registrar will make available all PER/ACR's to the committee.

2. To suggest procedure to improve the process of year-end evaluations.

3. To pick out employees of exceptional merit, so as to recognized and reward them suitably.

4. To pick out employees who are inefficient, so as to take suitable action to improve performance.
