Chicken bones : best for gut healing

DIRECTIONS:
Place bones in crock pot, or a stock pot, for slow cooking, or a pressure cooker/instapot, to speed things up.
Filtered water: cover bones with water, by at least one inch.
Unrefined sea salt for flavor, like celtic or Real Salt
Apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons. Optional. Meant to leach the marrow from the bones.
Throw in for flavor:
Onion
Celery
Carrots
Anything else you love, i.e. herbs
