We eat a lot of steaks, mainly when we have family and visitors at the ranch. Â I use this for both beef and chicken.
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions
1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 cloves garlic minced
Marinate overnight; preferably 20-24 hours
