This is a zucchini brownie with a little more zucchini. The chocolate chips make it so delectable that no frosting is needed. Just dig in and feel like you're eating a brownie with fudge sauce. Served warm is the best!
2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups zucchini
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
In large bowl stir together dry ingredients. Then add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini, mixing til just combined. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips, pressing in slightly. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
