Ingredients:
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
4 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Optional: freshly ground black pepper, fresh chopped herbs like parsley, rosemary, oregano.
Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard and sea salt. Pour in olive oil, whisking constantly until blended.
