物体検出は，画像・映像中の物体に対して位置（矩形）とクラスを推定する技術です．また，物体追跡（オブジェクト・トラッキング）は，映像中の移動物体を追跡する技術です．時系列解析技術，パターン認識・機械学習技術を活用し，特にクラウドソーシングを併用した効率と精度を兼ね備えた技術の開発に焦点を当て，基本方式の開発・拡張を行っています．
