English-based Graduate Program
To Prospective Students:
Media Intelligence Laboratory is recruiting students who have some knowledge and experience on acoustics and speech information processing, image and video information processing, pattern recognition, machine learning, and their applications to smart maintenance, precision primary industry (e.g., precision livestock farming and precision fisheries), and so on. Students who would like to enhance research and development capabilities on aforementioned research areas are also welcomed.
Note that the following students are especially welcomed.
Students who would like to engage in research activities in the field of speech and acoustic information processing (due to Prof. Ogawa's specialty).
Students who are interested in research and development related to wind turbine anomaly detection.
As for image and video processing, please note that our laboratory focuses on the application of such technologies to primary industry support and pediatric nursing support.
