iii. Get seated and have supplies ready for the bell

iii. Come in quietly and get ready quietly…without speaking/disrupting
c. During instruction
i. Expectations are working hard, on topic, and without disruption to the learning environment.
ii. I can’t force you to work, but I can ask you to let others work, learn, teach.
iii. Any disruption to the learning environment and you may be asked to:
1. Be quiet
2. Change seats
3. Leave the room
4. Come back at lunch/after school
5. See an administrator
iv. Continued disruptions, or lack of effort:
1. Chat with the teacher
2. Tutorials, lunch, after school
3. Call/email home
4. See an administrator
d. Work blocks
i. Quiet or small group

i. At the end of the class, please exit by the front door
ii. Take all your stuff (clothing, paper, handouts, food, garbage…)
iii. Clean up around your spot, even if it’s not your mess
iv. Be patient and polite to others/me

i. I will always make time before school, lunch, after school if you want/need help
ii. If you work hard and show that you want to do well, I’ll help you pass!
iii. Voluntary and teacher-directed
iv. All you have to do is ask!
h. Using the room at lunch/before/after school
i. This can be your place to come and hang out!
ii. Speak and act respectfully (language/subject appropriate for my old-man ears/eyes)
iii. Technology to a minimum
iv. Treat the things here (desks, chairs, floor, supplies, etc…) as if you’re a guest.
1. If you make a mess…clean it up.
2. If you packed it in, pack it out.
3. If you want to use/borrow…ask first
4. If you break or damage something, let me know (respect)
v. Everyone is welcome here (no violence, unkind words, disrespect/meanness)
