So far this year, we have spent time with equivalent fractions, unit pricing, proportional reasoning (cross multiplication), ratios, rounding decimals, converting fractions, decimals and percents, percent of a number, taxes, sale prices and discounts, and that's a lot!
I used AI to create some questions from this first unit that are like the ones you'll find on the Numeracy 10 exam! So the questions are in the style of the numeracy exam...at least in part:)
Below are some practice tests...
This is the first (of 3) practice test on this...
Make sure you act as if this is a test (try to do it on your own).
Have a calculator (not your cell) and learn how to use your calculator!
If you don't know something, skip it for now, then make sure you learn how to do it!
IF you use this as a fake test...and like how you did...I'll mark it as a real test:)
IF you didn't do well, practice and try it again with version 2 or 3!
Since all of these questions are the style of the Numeracy Exam you can feel better that your also preparing for that:)
