Dale Gegner No. 81

Another car before I started attending the races. Dale Gegner No. 81 looks like it was a good night for Dale.  Click on the photo for a larger view.  I wonder who the little guys are?

Another win for Dale below.  It looks like the same car but maybe an older picture.

Notice on the top one you can see exhaust pipes coming out the side of the car.

The fenders are cut the same and much looks like the same car.

Dale went on to be a promoter of Stock Car Racing.  He was the promoter at Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, West Liberty Raceway in West Liberty and 34 Raceway in Burlington in 1978 at least.
