You will design and carry out an investigation to determine the amount of energy calories in different snack foods.

First, watch the Ted Ed Calories movie, observe the calorie content on a food label, and watch a demonstration of a calorimeter.

Complete page 2 (hypothesis, materials, and procedure without a data table) of the Calorimeter Assignment.

Then carry out your investigation and record your data in the table on page 3 of the Calorimeter Assignment.

Then complete page 4 (graph, conclusion and reflection) of the

Calorimeter Assignment.
