a) Description of any other activities done at school such as collaboration, meetings, workshops, tutorials, etc.
In addition to the lessons that I did during my work as a student-teacher at Liceo Yobilo, I also created an English Speaking Workshop for students from 11 grade and 12 grade. It was Miss Veronica's idea to do it at first, she asked me if I would want to do something like an extra lesson for students to practice their pronunciation and I said sure. I prepared all the lessons and I decided on a permanent schedule for the extra class. We had the English Speaking Workshop every Thursday at 4 pm. There were approximately 7 students from 11 grade mostly, that came to every class and participated with me. I had an excellent time with them, the environment between each other was pleasant and you could tell their progress in speaking during the trimester. I liked the idea of the workshop and I'll implement it once I'm an actual English teacher.
b) Five practical (on-line, interactive) tips/activities that you observed/read/heard/tried out in class.
One activity I tried with my 12th grade and it was new to me was creating a poster in Canva or Genially. I'd used those apps before for my own subjects in university, but I'd never tried them out with my own students. They were easy to use and my class created very beautiful posters. It was a good idea that I would definitely use again.
Another activity that I hadn't tried before was to record myself and use it as listening for the students. I did this activity with the 11th grade for homework and later on in their summative test. I recorded myself saying some numbers and they had to write them down. It was useful and easy to do. I also worked with google forms for the summative test of the 11th grade. I liked it because I could personalize the form and it would correct itself automatically in some items, so again, it was very useful. Wordwall was really interactive as well, and the students liked it. They did the activities and games in real-time and it was nice to them. Finally, a tip that I really appreciated from my guide teacher was to make Metacognition questions at the end of each class. I think that is important to know students' opinions and feedback in general.
c) Two important learning experiences from your teaching practice in this modality (advantages/ disadvantages of technology in your school reality).
