School officials and the learning collaborators of the school that we see in the video create working stations that work with interactive groups of students. They create activities according to the curricular agreements and the culture and social background of the students. There's a dialogue between students, teachers, student teachers and learning collaborators, the learning is meaningful and there's an equal learning for everyone. As is shown in the video, students have fun while doing this activities and they learn way more, they get encouraged to keep learning and trying, it makes a huge difference for them.
