Organic Homemade Cream

1 gallon raw milk

To make cream all you have to do is buy a gallon of raw milk, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight to separate with gravity, and then spoon the cream off the top in the morning.

That's it!

~Yields approximately 2 cups of cream.
