Green Apple
2 cups spinach (washed well and blanched)
6 kale leaves (washed well and blanched)
2 green apples (washed well)
1/2 cucumber (end cut off and washed well)
1 lemon (washed well)
1" fresh ginger (washed well)
parsley, to taste
Cut all vegetables into pieces that will fit through a juicer. Juice all ingredients together, add parsley to taste, and enjoy.
