A Review Of Ravana Refuses To Die

When I first read the synopsis of this book, it seemed like a strange mishmash of stuff. A gang of pre-teen kids, sci-fi and mythology. I was curious but sceptical. Anyway, curiosity won out, and you can find the detailed review here.

Excerpt from review:

    1. People often take an either/or view of science and mythology. Others try to use science to explain mythology and give it legitimacy. I liked how this book unapologetically and seamlessly transitioned in and out of both, seemingly incompatible subjects. Kids find both subjects fascinating. Laser beams and atom bombs can spark a child’s imagination just as much as villainous demons and flying chariots.

As many of you may know, I have recently started reviewing books for plusminusnmore, a review site for books by Indian authors. If your looking for books by Indian authors, check it out. I was thrilled to see that they had reviewed a couple of books from the Tania Series too.
