other; we love them for, and not in spite of their challenges and imperfections. We create tzevet spaces that embrace the paradoxes of a hierarchy of peers, opening channels of support that exist regardless of our tafkidim. And we work to understand the perspectives of our adult partners on Camp Committees and Boards to create a community that can sustain itself and thrive in future generations. These efforts require constant attention and occasionally cause stress or tension, but for all the jokes we make about our love of "talk" and "process," we should be proud of the commitment we continue to maintain to inclusion, cooperation, and growth--movement--that emanates from the bottom-up.
