Pie Crust, single crust

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup lard

about 3 tablespoons iced water

Put flour and salt into mixing bowl, cut in lard. Add enough water to make a dough. Make into a ball,

cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for at least 20 minutes. Roll out and place in greased and

floured pie plate.
