Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Using a medium size sauce pan
Melt I tablespoon butter or margarine.
Add I cup cream (I use half and half adding 3 tablespoons dry milk powder, mix well)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcrestershire sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Mix together the above ingredients and heat until just beginning to boil.
Add 1 cup finely chopped red and green pepper
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Mix well, Remove from heat.
Gently stir in 1 pound crab meat.
Stuff into shells or baking dishes.
Sprinkle with extra bread crumbs.
Bake st 425 degrees until lightly browned.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
