2 cups dried tomatoes packed lightly (about 8-10 ounces depending on dryness)
1 cup Walnuts, halved or chopped (about 4 ounces)
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
5 whole cloves garlic
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water (if tomatoes are very dry)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until it reaches a thick but but fairly
smooth consistency. Stir into hot pasta noodles add favorite toppings
Can be used as spread on bread or crackers.
