The Island I Was Born On

For Elsarblog I wrote also a guest blog about Curaçao, the island I was born on and mostly raised. I never lived on the island again after I left to study in The Netherlands with 19 years. I occasionally have been back on vacation. My last time there was in 2020 and hopefully it was my last time there on the island. It is a beautiful island for tourist and I recommend everybody to go at least once in their life. It is one of the six islands that belong to the kingdom of The Netherlands. But I have seen enough of the island so don't ask me if I have been there recently, when I am going and if I know that person YOU KNOW that is from the island or his or her parents are from the island. Go and see Curaçao for yourself and enjoy the island. It is a vacation island!
