Application procedure:

1. Doing the application on a PC, not a smart phone, is highly recommended.

2. Log into your gmail account. If you do not have one, make one.

   • www.google.com/gmail

3. Click on the application link. google document (You will not be able to edit that document.)

4. Once you are in the document, “make a copy” using the file menu.

5. Complete the application (your copy). Complete the application online. Do not print and hand-write the application.

6. If you have any questions or need help, please contact Prof. deHaan.

7. Do not submit a word document or pdf document. Share the google document you created.

8. When you are finished, use the “share” button in the top right to share your completed document with Professor deHaan:

--> The deadline to submit the seminar application is December 20, 2019 at 5pm.

--> You may be asked to revise or elaborate sections of your application after you submit it.

--> If your application is accepted, you will be asked to submit the Eibei Course Sheet to Professor Kondo.
