At D39C, all students are immersed in the processes used by real-world designers and developers to explore problem solving skills. In formal settings as well as in integrated projects, students are faced with challenges to create and design solutions for using tools of the trade and imagination.

We partner with the national STEM program, Project Lead The Way ( PLTW ) to provide students with a challenging and rich curriculum.
PLTW is piloting new elementary curriculum, which will allow us to integrate STEM throughout the K-8 program and expose all students to the thinking involved in engineering.
