Attendance

To report your student’s absence:

Please call us at 858-676-6565 and provide the following information:

• Your full name & relationship to the student

• Your contact number

• Your student’s full name

• Reason for the absence

If you have any doctor/dental/medical notes that you would like to provide please do so at any time as these types of appointments are medically excused.

Arrivals:

If you are running late or are arriving late to school due to an appointment, please bring your student to the Welcome Center and sign them in on the HelpCounter under the Student Arriving Late screen prompt. After checking them in, if would you like to walk your student to their classroom we ask that you please sign in as a Visitor and wear your badge while on campus.

Early Departures:

In the event that you need to sign your student out early, please provide us with advance notice if possible. Due to our model, the best way to communicate pick up details is to e-mail the teacher AND the Welcome Center staff at the following:

For immediate pick up at the Welcome Center due to last minute emergencies, we ask that you allow 15-20 minutes for us to help your child to return to their homeroom and happily help them gather all of their belongings. We appreciate your patience & understanding.
