Rosters
All transfer athletes be declared to the eligibility committee before September 5th of each year. (Undergrad, USA transfers with 1yr to 4yrs in USA).
Note: Post-grads and Red Shirts should be noted on full roster submissions.
CURA team full rosters to be submitted to the eligibility committee by September 30th of each year. These rosters must be in a spreadsheet format and sent by email to the VP Eligibility or the Eligibility Committee database designate.

Submission of Entries
All entries will be submitted via Regatta Central.
Once the information from Regatta Central has been pulled into Regatta Data and a draw has been published the Regatta Data website will become the official location for all information.

There are 30' between Events and 10' between races to accommodate for "A", "B"and "C" Finals depending on number of entries.

* Where applicable - daylight savings time will adjust the racing schedule by one hour from Time Trial to Finals.

Rules and Regulations
All Rules and Regulations can be found on the Canadian University Rowing Association website (click here).
All RCA Rules of racing shall apply with the exception of the manner in which lighweights weigh in. That detail can be found in section F of the Rules and regulations.
Registration
All athletes must register with a valid form of picture ID. Registration will be held on Friday from 10:00 - 4:00 pm in the Medical/Board Room at Elk Lake.
Photo ID will not be required at launch. All fees must be paid online before registration commences.
All programs will be required to pay their $150.00 registration fee as well as $85.00 per athlete participating.

A test scale will be available in the boathouse for lightweight athletes and coxswains.
Sat/Sunday weigh in will open at 7:30 am -8:30 am for LW and 8:00 am - 9:00 am for LM

Trailers
Trailer parking will be managed in the lower parking lot. Trailers may arrive and will be allocated parking space on the Wednesday preceding the championship. Please notify the host organization via Regattta Central if you are bringing a trailer.
*All Handicapped parking stalls must be kept clear at all times, regardless of trailer parking.

Emergency Action Plan - First Aid Plan
An emergency action and first aid plan will be posted in Regatta Central.
Course, Training and Racing Flow Patterns
The Elk Lake course will be a buoyed 1875m course.
All training and racing flow patterns can be found on the Regatta Central website.
Flow patterns will also be posted in the highway side fire lane you use to access the docks.
Programs launching crews will be required to provide a safety launch for their crew while they are on the water.

Training will be permitted 7:00am-7:45am on Sunday. A/B/C finals will begin in 10 minute intervals.
Awards Nominations
CURCs annually awards the Female and Male athlete of the year as well as the Female and Male Program Coach of the Year. Nominations go in to the nomination committee before the event to start the discussion. Coaches will meet 30 minutes after the last race of the event to vote on each award.
Event Parking
Trailers will be parked in the lower lot with the Umpires. This will leave the upper lot for parking for athletes and spectators.
Overflow parking is one parking lot over, or at the Hamsterly Beach parking access. Please leave yourself adequate time to park, or arrange for a shuttle style process.
No Parking signs exist along the lane, be aware that the Capital Regional District will tow anybody in those lanes as they are fire lanes.
Therapy
The Spracklen Room will be a designated therapy area. No athletes will be allowed to congregate in the Spracklen room for privacy reasons.
