CBT Skills in Practice

This programme offers the viewer the opportunity to develop a clear understanding of the trajectory and development of a CBT relationship as it runs from the first session through to the last. Frank Wills, a highly experienced therapist and the author of several books on CBT, conducted a series of unscripted CBT therapy sessions with a colleague, Jan Gray, acting in the role of client. Here he shows a number of excerpts from those sessions and discusses the work being done, giving the viewer a clear demonstration of CBT skills in practice.

“This DVD provides an invaluable learning and skills resource for psychologists and therapists who want to further develop their understanding and practice of CBT.” Dr. Kendra Gilbert, Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, University of East London.
