Makes 20 L at 5-6%.
Fermentation: up to 10 days.
Bottle for 7 days.
Ingredients:
1 can of Pale Ale Malt Extract (Bru-Mix)
4 cups of Brown Sugar
2 cups of Honey (table honey will do)
1 cup of Dextrose (NOTE: used for priming, white sugar can be substituted)
1 packet of Beer Yeast (usually included with malt)
In a large pot boil 5L of water, then remove from heat. Add all ingredients (except yeast and 1 cup of dextrose for priming) and stir. Add mixture to fermenter. Add water to fermenter until its 3/4 full. Add yeast and then airlock. Once its done fermenting, rack brew into bucket, add 1 cup of dextrose and water to fill (20L), stir a little, then bottle.
