Using Coopers Brewmasters Wheat Beer extract, 1 kg of dextrose, pack of priming/heading powder, 1 cup of Wheat Flakes, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, one orange's peel zest and 2 tsp of ground coriander. I boiled 4L of water, dextrose, wheat flakes and rolled oats for ten minutes. Then added the zest and coriander, boiled for another 5 minutes. Removed pot from heat and added extract. Poured into another large pot using a colander, to remove larger waste. Then poured into the fermenter using a strainer to remove smaller waste. Both times rinsing the waste with cold water.
2 weeks: Turned out to be a very nice beer, but a little low on the coriander taste. Clear in the bottle while stored, however once chilled it was cloudy (not as much as I had hoped though), I will try using Wheatlets next time.
