While cleaning out my deep freeze I came across a bag of Field Berries (2 Kg) and a Tub of Wild Blue Berries (2 L)...this would make a good wine for Christmas. This is the Recipe (Field Berry Wine). Had to rack a few times, since I used raspberries in the mix, there were alot of seeds. I also used a non-disposable coffee filter during the last racking (had to stir the brew to get it to filter faster though). Turned out good, at about 10% (I didn't used as much sugar or grape juice, since I had alot of berries).
