Grape Wine and Hop-less Beer.
Beer: Using yellow sugar, wheat bran, parsley, rosemary, thyme and cream of tarter. brewed in 4 days, just waiting for it to age a little before testing, since its only makes 3x 355ml bottles. Tested, not to bad, but next time I'm just using Cream of Tarter, the other herbs over powered the taste of the beer.
Wine: Finally tried this after four months of aging (well actually I forgot I had it), anyway it was good, but a little sweet. I had already changed the recipe thinking it would be.
